“ A wonderful discovery in Villeneuve. We were delighted to dine at this little restaurant; the dishes are truly high quality and plentiful. The daily special, smoked pork ribs and fries, was truly delicious, a good bite to satisfy your hunger, but we still had to try the dessert: chestnut mousse with a hazelnut accompaniment, a delight! It's best to make a reservation as the dining room is rather small. A highly recommended place. ”

“ Amazing restaurante. With so many being under par around France now, particularly in the more touristy spots this was the best find of our holiday! From the service, to the surroundings to most importantly the food! We couldn't fault our visit and thoroughly enjoyed the food. We had a tomato soup with egg starter as well as the pate which was lovely and then pork for main which was the best pork we have ever had. Dessert was a mix of different fruit based things which was delicious. All in all we felt for the quality of both the service and food the prices were reasonable. Particularly compared to other establishments we ate in which were not a lot cheaper in the grand scheme of things and were absolutely appalling. If you only eat out once on your holiday or travels you must eat here! ”

“ We had a great meal, from the €38 « découverte » menu. A tapas-style selection of starters then a choice of mains and dessert. Be aware that they don’t take credit cards / carte bleue (which is why I’ve given 4 stars for service - had to take a short stroll to the cash point). But the waiter was very good. Best to reserve, though we didn’t and still got a table for Sunday lunch. ”
